God has a Shotgun?

This is a couple of my zucchini plants after a hailstorm earlier this week.

The whole garden looked like it was whacked with a shotgun loaded with .45 caliber shot. Small tomatoes were split open by impact; branches were cut clean off the plants.

As much as an aggravation this is to me, I can’t help but to think of what devastation weather can bring to real farmers.

I blame Bush and/or Halliburton.

I'm in the process of restoring my desk, which is an antique, maple, with BROWN paint on it- sanding to bare wood, outside,in the zone, you know? goggles, earmuffs, etc. Next thing I know, I'm getting pelted with marble sized hail. I look up, and it's like hell was overhead.

I sympathize with your garden.
