I don't know if the arrow was black, but, I'm sure the bow was. Bet it was an automatic bow with bayonet lug and a feather suppressor too.

OK this is where I HAVE to step in. I’m as you know Double Trouble big into hunting. I hunt with both firearms and bows. I love my guns but when it come to “killing” / hunting I would rather go bow hunting then rifle hunting any day.
So I am not with the sheriffs department but I think that this shooting was more then like done with intent.
