Kudos!

to the Gadsden & Culpeper American Heritage Shop.

Following Bruce’s recommendation, I purchased a “Don’t Tread on Me” T-shirt for the wife’s birthday. The initial receipt was not exactly what she wanted, so I emailed the outfit & sent it back.

Then promptly forgot about it.

A few weeks later, when the brain neurons finally fired, I emailed my request to Patrick at G&C.

Three days later, I had the new T-shirt in hand (no charge for the upgrade or shipping), & a happy homey.

Who says a business can’t be run correctly?
